Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for supporting BookTape.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

No Refunds

Because customers receive immediate access to downloadable content, BookTape does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Digital sticker kits

  • Digital washi tape sheets

  • Printable journal kits

  • Monthly subscriber downloads

  • Bonus digital content

  • Any other downloadable products

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased files and cannot be resolved

  • Incorrect product delivery

If you experience any of these issues, please contact BookTape within 14 days of purchase.
